Initiate Return Request
Log into your MSI customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original MSI packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our centralized European distribution and inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
